Meta ads · audits & management

I read ad accounts the way other people read novels. Yours has a plot twist in it.

I work with brands spending $3k+ a month on Meta whose growth has stalled. I built an AI-powered process that reads every ad you’ve ever run, I find what’s genuinely making you money, and we do more of it, on purpose. No inflated promises. No guru energy.

Field notes

Four things I believe that your last agency wouldn’t say out loud.

  • No. 01

Ads Manager ROAS is partly fiction. Most brands are optimising a made-up number.

  • No. 02

Creative is the targeting now. Fiddling with audiences is driving with the handbrake on.

  • No. 03

Monthly reporting is where money goes to die. Plateaus grow in the gaps between meetings.

  • No. 04

Your account already knows why it stalled. Most people were never taught to read it.

Method · the secret sauce

AI reads the data. I make the calls.

This isn’t Meta’s recommendations tab, and it isn’t an off-the-shelf tool. It’s an analysis process I built myself: AI does the heavy reading, and 13 years of judgement decides what matters. Every call stands on evidence from your account, and none of them wait for a monthly meeting.

Step 01

Read

Every campaign, creative and audience in your account history goes through the AI process I built for exactly this. Yes, even the weird ones from three years ago. Nothing gets missed, and absolutely nothing runs on vibes.

Step 02

Find

We isolate what’s genuinely driving revenue: the offers, angles and audiences that hold up under scrutiny, not just the ones that look good in Ads Manager. They’re not always the same list.

Step 03

Scale

Winners get budget. Losers get a dignified farewell. New tests ship every week, and decisions happen daily rather than at the end of the month.

Patterns, not promises

What a finding actually looks like.

No names, no doctored screenshots. These are the patterns that show up in stalled accounts over and over. Yours will have its own version.

FINDING 02 · MEASUREMENT

The “best” ad by blended ROAS is quietly the worst by new-customer ROAS. The budget is paying to re-convert people who’d already bought.

THE FIX: SPLIT NEW FROM RETURNING, WEEK ONE

FINDING 07 · CREATIVE

“The auction got expensive” turns out to be creative fatigue in a costs-are-rising costume. Once frequency creeps past 4, people aren’t ignoring the brand, they’re ignoring that ad.

THE FIX: NEW ADS ON A WEEKLY CADENCE, NOT MORE BUDGET

FINDING 11 · HISTORY

A strong angle gets tested once, in a bad week, and shelved as a loser. It sits in the account history for months looking like one, while weaker ads keep the budget.

THE FIX: RE-TEST BEFORE YOU RETIRE

// this is the kind of thing the free audit is for.

↘ the bit agencies hate

The open-book policy

Your ads shouldn’t be a mystery run by strangers.

The biggest complaint about agencies isn’t performance, it’s silence. So everything here is an open book: a weekly report in plain English, accounts and assets you own, and every decision visible. If a number moves, you’ll know why. If something isn’t working, you’ll hear it from me first.

Fair warning

You’re in, or you’re out. Both are fine.

We’ll get along if you…

  • Want the truth about your account, even when it stings.
  • Will kill a campaign you’re emotionally attached to, once the data calls it.
  • Think evidence beats opinions. Including mine.

Work with someone else if you…

  • Want a yes-person who agrees the creative is fine.
  • Need someone to blame more than something to fix.
  • Want a guarantee of 10x in 30 days.

People who promise that exist. I’m not one of them.

About

I’m Ash. I’d rather show you steady numbers than shout about overnight wins.

Most brands got where they are on a great offer and hard work, not by knowing exactly which ad is earning the revenue. The answer is in the data, but most people either don’t know how to read it, or only ever look at one number. So I built my own fix: AI reads all of it, I decide what to do about it.

You get one person who knows your account deeply, communicates in plain English, and treats your budget like it’s their own. No account managers, no hand-offs, no jargon, and nobody promising to “circle back.”

Working with brands anywhere the internet reaches, usually in a t-shirt that says “data is my love language.” It wasn’t a joke.

The free audit

Show me your account. I’ll show you the plot twist.

Tell me a little about your brand, then grant view-only access. I’ll read the whole thing, every campaign, every creative, the full history, and send back the three moves I’d make first.

  • Not a sales call. A genuine read of your account.
  • Three prioritised fixes, yours to act on with or without me.
  • View-only access. I can’t touch or spend anything, and you can revoke it anytime.
  • Verdict back within three business days.

BEST FIT: $3K+/MONTH ON META. UNDER THAT? START WITH THE CHECKLIST.

Step 1 of 2 · About your brand

Step 2 of 2 · Grant view-only access

Done! For the audit itself I need to see the account. Takes about 60 seconds:

  1. Go to business.facebook.com/settings
  2. Click PartnersAdd → “Give a partner access to your assets”
  3. Paste my Business ID: 1827173870895270
  4. Tick your ad account → choose View performance
  5. Tick your pixelView (so I can check your tracking health)

View-only means I can’t change or spend anything, and you can revoke it anytime. I’ll also email you these steps, so there’s no rush to do it right now.

Straight answers

Questions people actually ask.

Q.01Do I really have to give you account access?+

For the audit, yes, and it’s view-only: I can’t change anything, spend anything, or touch a single campaign. You can revoke it in one click whenever you like. I don’t do audits from screenshots or vibes, because that wouldn’t be an audit.

Q.02Free? What’s the catch?+

There isn’t one. The audit is how I prove the process works, and it’s yours to keep either way. Some people take the three fixes and run with them solo, which is genuinely fine. Enough come back later that the maths works out.

Q.03What if my account is a mess?+

Messy accounts are my favourite kind. More history means more signal, and even the failed campaigns are data. Especially the failed campaigns. The only account I can’t read is one that’s never run ads.

Q.04How fast will I see results?+

The audit verdict lands in three business days. Fixes usually start showing in the numbers within weeks, not overnight, and anyone promising overnight is selling you something. What you’ll never have to wonder is whether it’s working: you’ll see what I see, every week.

Q.05Am I too small for this?+

If you’re spending under about $3k a month on Meta, a full audit is overkill for now. Take the 90-second diagnostic and the plateau checklist instead, both free, and come back when spend grows.

Q.06Is it only Meta ads you do?+

Meta is the specialty, because it’s where reading the data pays off fastest. But 13 years of marketing means the audit often catches problems beyond the ads: broken tracking, a leaky landing page, an offer that needs work. When I see them, you’ll hear about them. I just won’t pretend everything is an ads problem.
